• Technical interest rate guaranteed and applied quarterly taking account of the financial market conditions with as a minimum, that as published by the D.G.S. for the calculation of the provision of Life Assurance provisions.
• Quarterly information about the policy value and its’ projected maturity value.

Tax Benefits

• Exempt from income tax if the capital is taken in the form of annuity and the first premium payment was made at least ten years earlier,in accordance with that stipulated in IRPF Law 35/2006, of 28th November in its’ third additonal provision.
